PRESERVING CHARLOTTE'S LEGACY

One Home at a Time.

Inspired by the longstanding relationship between fine art, architecture, and exceptional homes, Haus of Charlotte documents the residences that shape our city's identity through original home portraiture.

THE WHY

Neighborhoods evolve. Historic homes are restored. New architecture emerges. Families move on and new stories begin.

Yet the homes that shape a city's identity often leave behind something worth preserving.

Haus of Charlotte was created as a visual archive dedicated to documenting the homes, architecture, and craftsmanship that define our city. Through original home portraiture, each painting becomes a record of place, preserving a moment in Charlotte's story before it becomes part of the next chapter.

Because while ownership may change, a home's legacy deserves to endure.

EVERY PORTRAIT BEGINS WITH A HOME WORTH REMEMBERING.

Haus of Charlotte Portraits are extended as a gift to select sellers — and to homes, builders, and architectural projects chosen for the stories they carry. If you're selling with Savannah Lueck, your home is already being considered. Builder and developer partnerships are explored by invitation. Inquiries from design partners and developers are welcome.

A LEGACY WORTH PRESERVING

As Haus of Charlotte continues to grow, every home added to the collection contributes to an evolving archive documenting the architecture, craftsmanship, and character that define our city.

Every finished painting becomes a small piece of Charlotte's story—preserved not only for the homeowner, but for future generations who will one day look back and see the city as it once was.

In this way, each portrait serves two purposes: honoring a family's home while helping preserve the legacy of Charlotte itself.
